Bachak

Bachak (Hindi:बचक) is a gotra of Jats in India.
According to a mythological story, Lord Krishna killed Bachak-nag in Kalidah. Bahikas (Vahika) Jats are found in considerable numbers in twelve villages around Kalidah.
According to the Jat historian Ram Swarup Joon, the Dharal Jats and Rajputs are branches of Bachak gotra.[1]
