BabelMap
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
BabelMap is a software application that can display Unicode characters using various fonts. Characters can be copied and pasted from its edit buffer into a document, and the edit buffer can be saved to a file with UTF-8, UTF-16 or UTF-32 encoding. Characters from different planes or ranges can be chosen for groupwise displaying on its window. It is somewhat similar to the Windows Character Map.
It is developed by Andrew West, available for free and as donationware.
