It is the dream that dreams the dreamers are dreaming: and all that we see or seem.

This singular focus upon the time of death within Dharmic Traditions, where dying is held as the pinnacle, the principal threshold wherein resides and is forded the potentiality for, and the promise of, complete enlightenment …what gobble-de-gook, what utter nonsense! To contend with the primacy of this view is the substrate intentionality traced in this tract. This is nothing other than a formal redaction in reparation.

This insidious assumption is that death only happens at the end of living. Sentient beings are born to knowing when they die to Samsara: sentient beings cease their unknowing through the effortless perfection of ever-vigilant intentional ‘contemplativity’. Nirvana is a lived and living reality. What is this abstraction, this vivisection of Samsara and Nirvana? In the Absolute Truth the poles are resolved into a Sri Shankaran nonduality. It is the perception of the mind that renders the experience of dharmas as Nirvana or Samsara; it is the quality of consciousness that vivisects what is essentially a purely blank slate.

The clear 'mirror' (Tibetan: melong) or unmuddied pond reflects Nirvana, whereas the mind which is a muddy pond mirrors Samsara. But in the Absolute Truth there is no clean, no dirty; no good, no evil. Absolute Truth is a superset of such base binaries. In the Relative Truth, the dualistic construction of object and subject, that which is ‘dirty’ is the absence of love, compassion, knowing and benevolence: for there is nothing which is not sacred and of the divine. All dharmas, all phenomena, have divinity as their root, their activity and their completion; their base, their path and their fruit. Again, there is nothing which is not divine and completed in the resplendent beauty of the pollen path of the Navajo.

There is no mercenary distinction between Eliade-ian sacred and profane in Absolute Truth. There is only the construction and perpetuation of this distinction in Relative Truth. There is only a distinction between Absolute Truth and Relative Truth if the mindstream has yet to realize the beauty of the ever-emergent play of luminosity that is the continuum of sentience. The Buber-ian “I” devoid of ego is Thou. The ahamkara is the obstructed portal of mind: the gate that in the Kafkan parable, Before the Law, is the unique gate to the lore/law of Self constructed with custom intimacy, love and care for each mindstream.

Thou is the lila, the sport, pastime and play of divinity. Play is a rite: play is right! The rite within which all phenomena are forded the space within which to play out their stream-of-being. The organizing property of emergence is inherent sentience. The void is the still omniscience that is the vacant fabric of the non-moving mind. As a mirror: all phenomena are vanity, vanitas, void, empty! The truth dimension of dharmadhatu is an empty space that is void and vacant of an existence or being that is discrete, separate and independent.

The Mysterium Magnum of the mindstream(s) is that of spontaneous emergence and uncreated origination. No sentient being or mindstream is an island. The emptiness at the hub furnishes the property that functions as the revolution of the circumference. Shunyata: the pregnant pause; the strange-attractor; the womb of emergence. The nothing that holds that which is everything; the nothing, that which is the sheath of potentiality and possibility. Much ado about nothing! The mother of everything!

To state that Absolute Truth cannot be conveyed by sign, symbol and language is untenable. To say that omniscience, omnipotence and omnipresence pansentience cannot place a playful limit upon itself, circumscribing its determination, is to constrain that which is unconstrainable. Avatar: invent! Avatar: advent! Thoughtform: first project, then integrate: create then complete. This mystery is inconceivable outside of communion. To the realized there is nothing which is not a play of truth and a sport of divinity. To constrain the humble majesty of the Great Mystery of the still point at the centre of the ever moving periphery; is but obscuration of mind. To the luminous continuum of ever-wending Wyrd, I do bow. I tender my self-sacrifice my atma-yajna as sacrificial, as ever-sacred, service: it is the Odinic sacrifice of self to Self that all mindstream(s) by grace yield in turn.

The runes that rend and ruin as they build: the boon/bane of code, communication and language. All glories to the Divine Architect! I offer humble obeisance to the archetypal patterning, to the patterns, narratives and stories that live through, by and of us and through which we are but permutations and thematic variations, iterations. It is the dream that dreams the dreamers are dreaming: and all that we see or seem.
