Some copyrighted images may be used on Wikipedia, providing they meet both the legal criteria for fair use, and Wikipedia's own guidelines for non-free content. Copyrighted images that reasonably can be replaced by free/libre images are not suitable for Wikipedia.

This is a low res image I scanned from the book. As with other book covers on Wiki, it is used as per policy to illustrate the topic.

Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. It is a low resolution copy of a book cover.
2. The image is only a small portion of the commercial product.
3. The use of the cover will not affect the value of the original work or limit the copyright holder's rights or ability to distribute the original book.
4. It illustrates educational articles about the book from which the cover illustration was taken.
5. The image is used as the primary means of visual identification of topics in the article.
6. It is not replaceable with an uncopyrighted or freely copyrighted image of comparable educational value.
7. The image is used to provide added description and reference to article Babylon 5: Personal Agendas as per WP:NFCC#10c
