b4-4 was the second studio album by b4-4, and was released in 2000 (July 20, 2004 as an import). It includes the popular track "Get Down", which has been referenced as an ode to oral sex, suggesting that such activities should be mutual. The rest of the album is much cleaner, including hits such as "Ball and Chain", "That's How I Know", and "Endlessly".
