[edit] B.O.B. and Iraq
Who the hell thought B.O.B. referenced the Iraq invasion? It came out in, like, 1999. I'm removing it, as opposed to a "fact" tag, because it sounds like straight up OR crap. BishopTutu 02:50, 8 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] RATM Remix
For the time being, I have removed the following block from the article:
There is a rapcore remix of the song, replacing the beat of the song with heavy guitars. The author of the remix is unknown, but file-sharing clients often falsely attribute it to Rage Against the Machine.
There seems to be a great deal of confusion over the remix with no real concrete proof either way. I have read some places suggesting that Zack De La Rocha remixed the song for his appearance on XFM in the UK. And it was given some play-time in the US being attributed to Zack. Also, I believe that Outkast later said that they didn't like the remix and then Zack later denied ever creating the song... so who knows. Maybe a little more ambiguous statement about the remix would be better. Lawrencethomas3 05:55, 18 June 2007 (UTC)
And lo... I have added a more neutral reference to the remix. Lawrencethomas3 06:09, 18 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Article Name
If the real name of the song is B.O.B. why is this article located at B.O.B. (Bombs Over Baghdad)? Pats Sox Princess 17:37, 14 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] B.O.B. for the Sega Genesis?
I was redirected to this article from the "List of Sega Genesis Games" page. Is there an actual article for this, or was it just a mistake? --Ramfan2772 03:21, 5 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Requested move
B.O.B. (Bombs Over Baghdad) โ B.O.B. โ B.O.B. is the only official name of the single, while "Bombs Over Baghdad" is what it stands for. As it can be seeing from the cover or the track listing of Stankonia, the track is only called B.O.B. โDo you know me?...then SHUT UP!!! Sarcasm is beauty 02:50, 12 May 2008 (UTC)

- Support - B.O.B. is the correct title. Amazon.com and outkast.com agree. -kotra (talk) 23:01, 21 May 2008 (UTC)
- Oppose - too many uses for B.O.B. (see BOB): target destination should redirect to the Bob disambiguation page per WP:D. A more appropriate name for the article would be B.O.B. (song) or B.O.B. (Outkast song). B.Wind (talk) 00:13, 25 May 2008 (UTC)

- I don't see a need to make it B.O.B. (song) unless B.O.B. is made into a disambiguation page. As it is right now, it's already a redirect to B.O.B. (Bombs Over Baghdad), so changing it to B.O.B. directly makes no difference as far as the video game goes. No objection to using B.O.B. (song) though, if that's what is wanted. -kotra (talk) 23:07, 21 May 2008 (UTC)

- Either B.O.B. or B.O.B. (song) is fine with me. I have no preference. -kotra (talk) 21:35, 22 May 2008 (UTC)

Per WP:D, B.O.B. should redirect to the disambiguation page Bob; the article in question should be moved to B.O.B. (song) or B.O.B. (Outkast song) instead (with the other being a redirect page).B.Wind (talk) 00:21, 25 May 2008 (UTC)
