Basico is the first Live album (third overall) from Spanish singer Alejandro Sanz, this is a concert recorded in 1993, in which he gave an acoustic treatment to all the successes of his previous albums.
Basico was simply a promotional support for "si tú me miras". And also a form of demonstrating to the public and the critique, because the artist defends directly his voice and his instrumental know-how without problems, proving his high level in both disciplines.
For Basico, were recovered the most successes tracks of the first album, and were emphasized the songs of the second that had to be promoted.
The album was a limited edition, though after the success of the album "más", was re-edited in May 26, 1998.
