Azuma Koshiishi

Azuma Koshiishi (輿石 東? born May 14, 1936) is a Japanese politician of the Democratic Party of Japan, a member of the House of Councillors in the Diet (national legislature). A native of Nirasaki, Yamanashi and graduate of Tsuru University, he was elected to the House of Representatives in 1990, where he had served for two terms until 1996 when he lost the re-election. He was elected to the House of Councillors for the first time in 1998.
