[edit] Merger not appropriate
On 20 December 2006, it was suggested that merger of Hadean and Azoic be considered. After discussion, it was agreed that separate articles are more appropriate. See discussion Talk:Hadean#Azoic. More than two weeks have passed, so the merger tags have been removed. --Bejnar 03:04, 16 January 2007 (UTC)

If you search the source for "Adams" with "Adams Azoic" you find mention of C. B. Adams. Perhaps this is Charles Baker Adams. (SEWilco 07:17, 29 December 2006 (UTC))

Isn't "azoic" from the word parts (yes, from Greek) a- (not) and zoe (life), not zoo (animal)? Correct me if I'm wrong. Somnia0 06:12, 9 March 2007 (UTC)Somnia
