Azizi Johari (born 24 August 1948 in New York City) is an American model and actress. She was Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for its June 1975 issue. Her centerfold was photographed by Ken Marcus.
Azizi grew up in many countries, due to her stepfather's military career. By the time she was in her teens, her family had settled down in Seattle. She attended high school and college there and still lives in Seattle today.
She was the fourth African American woman to be a Playboy Playmate. Her professional name is a pseudonym and is Swahili for "precious jewel."
Azizi toured with Sammy Davis Jr. and did some acting.
