Ayoola Erinle (born February 20, 1980 in Lagos, Nigeria) is an England international rugby union player currently with Leicester Tigers.

A big, strong and a powerful runner, Erinle is probably one of the biggest centres in the Guinness Premiership. Having represented England at Sevens, he appeared on the fifteens scene in 2003/4, challenging closely for top try scorer before his exploits were recognised with selection for the England squad who travelled to the Churchill Cup in summer 2005. He had represented King's College Rugby Club, Henley Hawks and Reading RFC before joining London Wasps. His last season with Wasps was disrupted by a broken leg which meant he was restricted to a handful of games.

In October 2003, Erinle appeared three times as a contestant on British game show Countdown. In February 2007 it was announced he had signed a deal with Leicester Tigers to join for the 2007/2008 season. He made an appearance in the Guinness Premiership final, against his former club, Wasps, coming on for Dan Hipkiss at half time.
