Aykut Ercetin (Turkish: Aykut Erçetin), born on September 14, 1982 in Germany) is a Turkish football player as goalkeeper. Formerly, he played for the German Bundesliga team VfB Stuttgart.

Discovered by Turkish scouts while playing in Germany, Aykut Erçetin was the understudy to Aly Faryd Mondragon at Galatasaray SK until the 2007/08 season.

Following Mondragon's departure from the team, the duty to guard the Galatasaray goal was given to Aykut and Orkun Uşak. Aykut started the season as the backup but managed to take over between the posts for Galatasaray regularly towards the end of the season. Since becoming the first choice, Aykut has conceded only 2 goals in 9 league matches, keeping 7 clean sheets.
