[edit] No speedy

I removed the db-bio tag, as it was not appropriate for the article (it clearly did assert the importance of the subject, and a quick browse of the Google hits confirms his notability), but written references are needed for the article (and any other articles on Nigerian musicians or other subjects the author is thinking of writing). For instance reviews in newspapers or music magazines, or books on Juju music that support the article. I see a few books on Amazon that seem to include stuff on Bakare[1][2], and Google Books also has some hits. upâ—¦land 10:00, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
