With so many Activist MCs speaking their minds in this industry, AMC has decided it best to blend in. He has always considered himself Average as far MCs go, but Astronomical as far as mindset; Atypical when it comes to conscience of mind; and Aggressive when it comes to lyrical delivery.

With ties to 3SP, DC, Deck Demons and a multitude of solo artists, AMC began rapping on the same day Slipwax began scratching. Their love of hip-hop and creative expression have made them what they are today. Despite the fact that they are on quite different paths, it is safe to assume that where you find one, the other is not far. Slipwax is AMC's, 3SP's, and DC's resident DJ extraordinaire. You will see him at nearly every show AMC performs at.

AMC's real name is Chris Mitchell and he is a MassArt Graduate. AMC works as a professional Visual Designer. This only adds to the phenomenon that is the conscious mind of AMC. MassArt ingrains in its students a consciousness of mind, surroundings, well being of the surrounding environment, as well as the drive, vehicle, and motivation to alter aspects of that which appear unacceptable.
