Ayesha Kapoor

Ayesha Kapoor (Hindi: अयेशा कपूर, Urdu: اَیّشا کپُور), born September 13, 1994, is an award winning Indian film actress who is best known for playing young Michelle McNally in the Bollywood movie Black. Kapoor received unanimous praise for the role, and quickly became the recipient of many Awards in the "Best Supporting Actress" category. In doing so, she became the second youngest (behind Darsheel Safary) person to be both nominated and win a Filmfare Award and is currently the youngest person ever to win a Zee Cine Award and an IIFA Award. Kapoor lives in Auroville, Pondicherry in South India. Her mother is German and her father is Indian businessman Dilip Kapoor, owner of the HiDesign chain of leather goods stores.
