Axum Airport

Axum Airport is an airport in Axum, Ethiopia (IATA: AXUICAO: HAAX). Located at an elevation of 2108 meters above sea level, this airport has one asphalt runway 2400 meters long by 45 wide.[1] It is capable of receiving very large aircraft, such as the Antonov 124 which brought the Axum Obelisk back from Italy in 2005.
