Axel Bellinghausen (born May 17, 1983 in Siegburg, Germany) is a German football player who currently plays for 1.FC Kaiserslautern in the 2. Bundesliga.
Aged 5, he started with playing football in the unknown German football club TuS 05 Oberpleis. In 1993, when he was 10 years old, he went to Bayer 04 Leverkusen, which he left 5 years later to play for Fortuna Düsseldorf where he became a professional football player in 2001. In 2005, he signed with Kaiserslautern.
