Rationale for use in each of the 5 cases is that Pugin was one of the most influential architects and interior designers of his day, having a profound effect on ecclesiastical architecture and design of every type. He designed the interiors of the English Houses of Parliament. He commissioned countless stained glass windows and directed the style of their design. The Wiki page on Pugin has no portrait of him at present. This is the only one available.
