Lee Roth began her career in Spain and then moved to the United States. She has appeared in more than 300 adult films.

On November 22, 2005, she announced that she would be leaving the porn industry "for good".^[4] However, soon after Avy announced that she will return doing only work with women^[5] and has appeared in an episode of "Latin Adultery" with Puerto Rican American porn star Elena Rivera, a website part of the Naughty America group, dated June 13, 2007.^[6]
