Dear Harro5 whoever you are, I created the Avshalom Feinberg entry "Cutting and Pasting" from MY OWN material that I wrote and posted at Zionism-Israel.com.

I am allowed to do that - I give myself permission. Got it?

I did it as a public service.

Materials at Zionism-Israel.com that I created clearly indicate that people (anyone) can copy it provide they give credit to the source.

Had you viewed the page you would not have created this problem.

Please stick to making contributions in fields that you understand and do not trash the work of others.

You have caused me a lot of extra work for absolutely no reason.

  • Sorry mate. I didn't look closely at the site's fineprint, and I'd have no way of knowing the author of the article also wrote the original text. Your edits are only shown under an IP address. Anyway, I hope you will continue editing on Wikipedia - we'd relish your input - and I'll look more closely at copyrights on academia sites. Also, it might be an idea if you mention in the edit summary of your works on Wikipedia that you wrote the work in the link given. Thanks. Harro5 July 6, 2005 05:35 (UTC)
