Avraham Chaim Naeh

Avraham Chaim Naeh is most famous for his work entitled Shiurei Torah, (trans. Measurments of the Torah), in which he converts biblical measurements into contemporary measurements. The work is of much significance as much of Jewish Law is based on the requirement of certain sizes and quantities. The Chazon Ish was known to disagree and hold that the contemporary measurements are larger.
