I believe that this image is usable on Wikipedia under fair use policies and guidelines, because:

It depicts a plane which was built 60 years ago. It is no longer in production. It was produced in a very small quantity and there aren't any pieces left thus free image cannot be created.
It is of a low resolution and any reproductions will be of inferior quality.
