Avichai Mendelblit

Avichaei Mendelblit is the current Military Advocate General of Israel. He has served in the position since 2004. On December 24th, 2007 he declared that Israel's use of cluster bombs in the Second Lebanon War was legal.[1] He declared that area denial was the policy of the IDF not deterrence.[2]
