Aviation Industries of Iran co.or (AII co)شركت صنايع هوايي ايرانaffiliated to Iran Industrial Development Renovation and Organization (IDRO) and the Ministry of Industries and Mining , has been established with the aim of development of aviation industries in civil sector.[2]

The Aviation Industries of Iran co(AII co.)or شركت صنايع هوايي ايران commenced its official activities in Apr 1993. The goal was to develop the aviation industries by relying on domestic experts , researchers and industrialists for the technological growth and taking part in joint - venture programs with well reputed companies.

AVA-101,AVA-202,AVA-303&AII is pursuing technology of a 6-7 seat, 8-12 seat, a 19-seat aircraft AVA-606 as well as a light helicopter AVA-505 through a join-venture with well-known international companies.

AVA-101 in the pursuit of satisfying needs for gliding activities AVA-101 training sailplane designed for clubs and soaring schools, featuring a quiet and comfortable tandem cockpit and nice handling qualities.
AVA-202 a light two-seat airplane to best fit pilot training, light transportation, surveillance and recreational activities is the basic idea forAVA-202.
AVA-303 is an agricultural airplane, the manufacturing of M18-B Dromader in a joint program scheme with P.Z.L of Poland was planned.
