I couldn't verify the comment about the high school "Averill Park High School is part of the APCSD and is also historical due to the fact the property its on was all givin to them as a gift from the H.H. Butler Company in Memory and is 63 acers of land." I was originally just going to correct the spelling, but I decided to verify the fact, and I couldn't find anything tying a H.H. Butler to the school, so I thought it best to just list the school. If the facts can be verified, please add it back in. - CosmicPenguin (Talk) 00:33, 8 February 2007 (UTC)

Maybe I spun around too fast and got dizzy, but I'm certain that Averill Park is east of West Sand Lake and not west of it as stated in the article. I'll be changing it since I'm sure anybody looking at a map can verify my change as correct (unless you look at the map upside down...and why not?! how dare those north-facing people rule our world!)
