AvePoint, Inc. is a software company specializing on data protection and disaster recovery solutions for Microsoft SharePoint Products and Technologies. Founded in 2001, AvePoint is headquartered in Jersey City, New Jersey, with satellite operations in San Jose, California; Beijing, China; Tokyo, Japan; and the United Kingdom.
