Generic case:

  • n\neq 2,6: Aut(Sn) = Sn, and thus Out(Sn) = 1.

Generic case:

  • n\neq 2,6:\quad\mbox{Aut}(S_n) = S_n\text{ and thus }\mbox{Out}(S_n) = 1.

Which of the two typesetting styles above looks better?
