[edit] Merge with Self-insertion or reference out to it?

I realize this is still itself a stub, but should this not possibly be merged with self-insertion? A cursory glance suggests to me that they both happen to cover the same subject, just under two different names. "Self-insertion" is used much, much more often in the fan fiction community, so I would suggest saying "the phenomenon exists in the fan fiction community as well, where it is usually referred to as self-insertion."
