[edit] Carrier daughter

Can the heterozygous girl be flipped horizontally? It would make the picture fit together better, I think, but this isn't my area of expertise, so I don't want to upload a new image without consulting.71.191.47.250 (talk) 04:35, 25 February 2008 (UTC)

You can, yes, but 1. I don't see how it would make it fit together better and 2. it would be modifying the original photograph and 3. it would not be consistent with the colors of the other carriers.Soulwar (talk) 05:34, 2 March 2008 (UTC)
I actually agree with the previous statement. I think 71.191.47.250 wanted the sides of the girl matching the lines that lead to her. Flipping the carrier daughter horizontally makes sense - that way the left side of the child always comes from the father, and the right side always comes from the mother. Changing the image is not a big deal, since it's public domain. If anyone else agrees, I'll go ahead and fix it. tiZom(2ยข) 18:21, 2 March 2008 (UTC)
