Autosport International

Autosport International (or ASI) is an annual event motor show catering for automotive industry professionals, non-trade people who are actively involved in the sport (such as competitors etc) and the motorsport fans who simply enjoy following and being close the sport.[1]
It is held at the NEC, in Birmingham, United Kingdom and operated by Haymarket Exhibitions. In 2008 it was on 10th 13th January, another show was 8th - 11th January 2008.[2]
Its vital statistics include a latest audited attendance of 77,130[3] which include over 4,000 overseas visitors and a 75% male demographic.
All catogries of track and off-road motor racing are represented, including Formula One, BTCC, Le Mans 24 Hours and much more. The show also has a 'Live Action Arena' where spectators can witness motorsport action indoors.
Autosport International often attracts big name drivers from the world of motorsport. Past drivers to attend include David Coulthard, Jenson Button, Gary Paffett, Anthony Davidson, Allan McNish, Damon Hill and 2007 F1 runner-up Lewis Hamilton.
