The Autoette was a microcar manufactured from 1948 to 1970's by, Royce Seevers owner of the Autoette Electric Car Company Inc. of Long Beach, California. The two-seat, three-wheeled microcar was electric, powered by specially made batteries by Trojan battery Co. 24-volt Dodge starter 1 1/2 hp.motors. Models included the "Cruise About", "Electric Golf cars" and "Electric Trucks".
The Autoette was used as an early electric wheelchair for the disabled.
