[edit] Infamous - Value Judgement?

I'm fairly new to Wikipedia, but doesn't the title, with its 'INFAMOUS,' have a value judgement? There should be no value judgements in encyclopedic entry titles; perhaps Notable Australian Mass Murders would be more appropriate? Comments?
