[edit] AAD or AGAD
A few years ago, Australian Antarctic Division was in the process of being renamed to Australian Government Antarctic Division, I assume largely to separate AGAD from private or commercial expeditions. Most things were changed, including the logo and web banners etc, all except the url aad.gov.au and an few other things. Now, it seems the DEWR has gone back on the name change and has reverted back to Australian Antarctic Division.
So my question, are they sticking with AAD? Should all AGAD references on WP be removed? Thanks. --Breno talk 09:12, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
- Yes we are officially back to AAD after a brief flirtation with AGAD. In so far as anything is certain in Government the change will be permenant so yes, all references to should go back to AAD. Gdenyer 09:21, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
