The criticism section of this article really needs a source listed. Who has accused them of scare tactics and distortion? The person who added that sentence to the article? The groups who'll directly profit from the toll roads? I don't know if it is true or not, just that it should be attributed. Add the names of the people or groups that have leveled that accusation, or remove the sentence entirely. 130.164.65.11 16:43, 23 January 2007 (UTC)
