Australian Institute of Company Directors

The Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) is an association for people who serve on the board of directors of a company in Australia.
It offers information, training and events to its members and encourages good corporate governance.
It was created in 1990 by a merger between the Institute of Directors in Australia and the the Company Directors Association of Australia.
