Austin 360 Condominiums Tower

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Austin 360 Condominiums Tower is a residential skyscraper in Austin, Texas, United States, standing 563 feet (172 m) tall and containing 44 floors. The structure has been topped out as of mid-November 2007, and construction was officially completed on May 22, 2008.[1]

It is (as of June 2008) the tallest building in Austin, surpassing the Frost Bank Tower in height, as well as the tallest residential building in the state of Texas[citation needed]. However, these distinctions are temporary as The Austonian (currently under construction) will rise to a height of 683 ft and is expected to be completed by 2009 [2].

The Austin 360 Condominiums Tower was designed by Preston Partnership, LLC and built by JE Dunn Construction [3].
