From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Austhovde Headland (69°42′S, 37°46′E) is an icy headland, marked by several rock exposures, which forms the eastern, elevated portion of Botnneset Peninsula on the south side of Lutzow-Holm Bay. Mapped by Norwegian cartographers from air photos taken by the Lars Christensen Expedition, 1936-37, and named "Austhovde" ("east knoll").
