[edit] History

The design has been revamped, combining both towers into a much taller single tower.

The building would have featured a 10 story podium, with two towers on top. The taller tower would have been (incl. podium) be 60 stories and 196.5m tall. The shorter tower (incl. podium) would have been 20 stories and 74.5m tall.[3]

It is now planned to be a single tower.

[edit] Architecture

The 75-story Aura will be approximately 245 m (803,8 ft) tall along with a total floor area of 100,017 m², which will make it Canada's largest condominium tower. The proposal calls for a semi-transparent metal and concrete tower.[4]
