Talk:Ault Hucknall
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A Parish Church qualifies a small community as a village over a hamlet. (unknown contributor but entirely correct)
- Although the village might be small, the parish taking its name from it covers a larger area. Hardwick Hall is in the ecclesiastical parish (see this webpage), as are several other hamlets. The article plays down the importance locally of Ault Hucknall. Someone better qualified than I should get this article right! Peter Shearan 06:09, 16 October 2006 (UTC)
