Augusto Arbizo (born 1972 in Quezon City, Manila, the Philippines) is a visual artist. Arbizo lives and works in New York City. Arbizo graduated from The Cooper Union School of Art, NY and earned a Masters of Fine Arts degree from The University of Michigan. His nature inspired paintings move between abstraction and representation, presenting simple organic shapes in bright, vivid colors. Arbizo has exhibited with Sandra Gering Gallery, NY, Michael Steinberg Fine Art, NY and Roebling Hall Gallery, NY.
