Auguste Levêque

Auguste Levêque (b. Nivelles, 1866 - d. Saint-Josse-ten-Noode, 1921) is a Belgian painter influenced both by realism and symbolism. Levêque was also a sculptor, poet and art theoretician. He received the Prix Godecharle for his painting Job in 1890.
