The Augusta Exchange, is a shopping center in Augusta, Georgia located directly of the intersection of I-520 and I-20 and is a 1/4 of a mile from Augusta Mall. It opened in 1997 and is about 500,000 square feet and its main anchors are Target, Regal Cinemas, and Ashley Furniture. The shopping center is easily visible from I-520 and I-20, Doubletree, and the YMCA. The shopping center is currently owned by Kimco Realty.
