The August Schell Brewing Company is a brewing company in New Ulm, Minnesota. It was founded by German immigrants August Schell and Jacob Bernhardt in 1860 and passed into the possession of the Schell family in 1866. It is the second oldest family-owned brewery in America and became the oldest and largest brewery in Minnesota when the company bought the Grain Belt rights in 2002.

Year-round brews:
- Firebrick, A Vienna-style amber lager that has a reddish-amber hue, a mild maltiness with subtle sweetness and a light hoppy finish.
- Pilsner, A Bavarian Pilsner style beer that is brewed with imported German Hallertau hops, has a rich malt body accented by a large hop/malt aroma and a hop tang. Beer writer, Michael Jackson, said this about the beer “One of the best American examples of the Pilsner style.”
- Pale Ale, A German-style pale ale that has a rich maltiness with a distinct hop bitterness, using German Alt yeast and English Hops.
- Stout, This is a London-style sweet stout that originally appeared as one of their Snowstorm beers.
