Eachléim (formerly Aughleam or Aghleam) is a village in County Mayo in Ireland. It has a total area of 2.96 km². Its name derives from Irish Each (horse) and Léim (jump), as local folklore has it a horse jumped from the east of the townland to the west, demarking the area's boundaries.
It is near the tip of the Mullet Peninsula, deep in Erris's Gaeltacht region. It is also the home of the Ionad Deirbhile, or Eachléim Heritage Centre.
