The school was a victim of a break in by a gang of youths who consequently set fire to the rear of the school on the 6th August 2005. Unfortunately the building company who were rebuilding the kitchen went into liquidation. The kitchen has recently been completed and was opened to the pupils on October 22nd 2007 when they returned from the October holidays. NAC Information.
