Aubrey Beauclerk, 5th Duke of St Albans (June 3, 1740 – February 9, 1802) was the son of Admiral the 1st Baron Vere and a grandson of the 1st Duke of St Albans. He succeeded his father as 2nd Baron Vere in 1781 and his cousin as 5th Duke of St Albans in 1787.
He married Lady Catherine Ponsonby, daughter of the 2nd Earl of Bessborough, on 4 May 1763. They had seven children:
- Lady Catherine Elizabeth Beauclerk (d. c. July 1803), married James Burgess.
- Aubrey Beauclerk, 6th Duke of St Albans (1765–1815)
- William Beauclerk, 8th Duke of St Albans (1766–1825)
- Admiral Lord Amelius Beauclerk (1771–1846), died unmarried.
- The Reverend Lord Frederick Beauclerk (1773–1850), married Charlotte Dillon (daughter of Charles Dillon, 12th Viscount Dillon) and had issue.
- Lady Georgiana Beauclerk (1776–1791), died unmarried.
- Lady Caroline Beauclerk (c. 1787–1838), married The Hon. Charles Dundas (son of Thomas Dundas, 1st Baron Dundas) and had issue.
