Atzmon

Atzmon (Hebrew: עצמון) is a communal settlement in Gush Segev in the Galilee. It was established in 1975, and situated beside the Yavor junction in 1978. The present location is less than 1 km west of the Misgav Regional Council, and was inhabited by the founders in 1983.
There are 374 members, in 194 households. Housing construction progressed in seven stages. The 8th stage is currently in advanced planning phase, with about 40 more families which are expected to join Atzmon during 2007.
