Atul Agnihotri (Hindi: अतुल अग्निहोत्रि, Urdu: اَتُل اَگنِہوترِ), born in 1970, is a Bollywood actor and director.

Agnihorti's career stretches back to 1983 when he made a brief appearance as a child artist in Pasand Apni Apni. He started his adult film career in 1993 with Mahesh Bhatt's Sir. He went onto act in several other films throughout the 1990s and early 2000s with his most notable films including Krantiveer (1994), Aatish (1994) and Hum Tumhare Hain Sanam (2002). He made his directorial debut with the 2004 film Dil Ne Jise Apna Kahaa which starred his brother-in-law Salman Khan and Preity Zinta in lead roles. In 2007 he started work on his second directorial film Hello which has a huge cast including his brother-in-law Sohail Khan, Isha Koppikar and Sharman Joshi and is set for release in Summer 2008.

He is married to actor Salman Khan's sister, Alvira. His father-in-law is scriptwriter Salim Khan. His brothers-in-law are actors Arbaaz Khan and Sohail Khan. His cousin is actress Rati Agnihotri.
