A template to enable ongoing and consistent linking to incident reports produced by the Australian Transport Safety Bureau.

| occno | yes | occurrence number | The numerical occurrence number of the published report (eg. 233, 20070403). If the reference number includes any separators such as backslashes or dashes, these should always be removed. |
| title | no | investigation title | Free text (eg. Oxy-acetylene system fire on board Searoad Mersey) |
| accessdate | no | Access Date | Full date when item was accessed, in ISO 8601 YYYY-MM-DD format, for example accessdate = 2007-06-09. Must not be wikilinked, as this is done automatically. |
