Atriplex semibaccata R.Br. |
Atriplex semibaccata (Australian saltbush, Berry saltbush, Creeping saltbush) is a creeping ground cover plant in the Amaranthaceae family that grows to around 180cm wide. It is tolerant of saline and dry conditions making it commonly used as an animal feed source in poorer agricultural areas.
It produces small red berries that are edible and in large proportions can be used to make jam.[1]
